NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION

MECHANICSTOWN FIRE DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Mechanicstown Fire District will take place on December 10, 2013 between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. at Station1, 22 Victory Street, Middletown, N.Y. and Station 2, 384 Stony Ford Road, Middletown, N.Y. for the following purpose:

To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for a five (5) year term

commencing January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2018.

To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for a three (3) year term commencing January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2016.

All residents of the Mechanicstown Fire District, who are duly registered to vote with the Orange County Board of Elections on or before November 18, 2013 shall be entitled to vote at this election.

All those electors residing in the area north of Route 17 shall vote at Station 2 located at 384 Stony Ford Road, Middletown, N.Y. and all those electors residing south of Route 17 shall vote at Station 1 located at 22 Victory Street, Middletown, N.Y.
